Submitting an application to Funky Models does not guarantee acceptance or representation. Funky Models may request additional information, photographs, measurements, identification or other documentation where reasonably necessary to assess an application. Funky Models may decline an application subject to applicable law.

4. Children and Teen Models

Funky Models may represent and work with children and teenagers. Where an applicant is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian may be required to provide consent and participate in relevant application, casting, booking or contractual processes. Funky Models may request documentation to verify the identity and authority of a parent or legal guardian. The personal information of children and teenagers will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable South African law.

5. Representation

Acceptance by Funky Models does not guarantee that a model will receive work. Representation does not guarantee castings, auditions, bookings, employment, campaigns, advertising work, income or a particular number of opportunities. Opportunities may depend on client requirements, availability, location, appearance, skills, experience, suitability and other factors determined by the relevant client or production.

6. Castings and Bookings

Casting opportunities may have specific requirements relating to age, appearance, measurements, experience, location, availability, skills or other criteria. Being invited to a casting does not guarantee selection. Final booking decisions may be made by the relevant client, production company, advertising agency, photographer or other authorised third party. Where a model is selected for work, additional booking terms, agreements or contracts may apply.

7. Information Submitted by Users

When submitting information through the website, you are responsible for ensuring that the information is accurate and that you have the necessary authority to provide it. You must not knowingly submit false personal information, another person’s information without permission, material that infringes rights, illegal or defamatory material, malicious software or other unlawful content. Submitting an image does not automatically transfer copyright ownership to Funky Models.

Profiles may be updated, changed or removed when necessary. The appearance of a model profile on the website does not guarantee that the model is currently available for work.
